A 2 night minimum booking is required for both rooms. Sorry we are unable to accommodate children. We are a smoke free zone. Check in time is between 2pm -4pm with check out at 10am. PLEASE ADVISE UPON BOOKING IF CHECK IN WILL BE AFTER 4PM.
Payment:

Due to our intimate size a 25% deposit is required to secure you're booking, with the balance payable upon departure.

There is no charge for bookings cancelled more than 30 days from arrival date.

Due to our intimate size a charge of 50% will be made for cancellations made 7 days from arrival date
